Returns Our policy:

Refunds will only be made out should they item have a defect or the incorrect item was sent out. Should you have a defect on your item please inform us within 5 days for a replacement to be sent out.

Defect items: We check our products before they leave us, should we miss something, it may be returned within 5 days of your purchase so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Should you be unhappy with the item you purchased we will issue you a store credit for the same value or you can exchange the item for something to else. The customer will be liable for R79 courier both ways.

 Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Necklaces

Some of our necklaces are very delicate and dainty. If it snaps due to wear and tear no refunds will be given. Please remove dainty pieces of jewellery before bed. 

Rings 

No refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect ring size as ring sizing guides are provided on our website under ring size chart. Should you wish to exchange the size you will be liable for the courier both ways. 

Should you want your jewelry pieces to be repaired, kindly send it to our address to have it fixed. We will not be responsible for the courier fee to have it collected. Courier fee is R69 both ways.

Should any jewelry break in your possession, unfortunately we can’t be held responsible. Some pieces are very delicate and dainty and should be wore with care. No replacements or refunds will be made.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Thornvalley Estate, Greenstone. Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Delivery for all products: Should you put in an incorrect delivery address we will not be responsible for that. We put the address that you state on our website & if that’s incorrect you will be responsible for courier fees to send it back to us or back to you.
